I really enjoyed talking to you on Tuesday and want to thank you again for resolving the problem with our SPA.  After you left, I realized I had forgotten to give you a tip so I decided to mail it to you. 

It was really a pleasure to watch someone like yourself work.  I have already told my neighbor about you and we will refer any of our friends to you.  Your expertise in this area of spa maintenance was very evident and I was impressed.

Don't forget to let me know when you get involved with selling the chemicals and supplies.

Hi, Ron...

The Cover Glide is just great!!!  So much easier to deal with and I think it will save wear and tear on the cover itself.

I noticed that we're getting a little bit low on the shock treatment powder so the next time you come, why not leave us another bottle just to be sure we don't run out.

Thanks so much.  We're really getting so much more enjoyment out of our spa.  If you ever need a reference or a quote from a satisfied customer...count on me.

With prearrangements and my permission, you came into my unattended home to service my Spa/Hot Tub.  Your care and concern for my home was noticeable and appreciated.  Not only did you make the necessary repairs, but you did not leave me a mess to be cleaned up.  Additionally, you left a detailed list of repairs, parts, and cost, plus old parts for my inspection.

Furthermore, your understanding and courtesy of my concerns with the questionable manufacturers warranty and your tenacity in pursuing the manufacturer's obligation to me is greatly appreciated.  Because of your intervention, the manufacturer satisfied their obligation.

Ron,

I just wanted to thank you for squeezing into such a small space to fix the leak from our upstairs hot tub and promptly returning to fix the other leak that sprung up. 

You have been wonderful to our aging hot tub - essentially giving it a face lift by fixing and replacing everything from electronics and lights to seals to deteriorating jets.

It's wonderful that you've been able to do these repairs for us. We'd have to rip out a complete upstairs wall to replace it or make it into a giant planter without you!
