We test each unit on our lifted testing rack for 2 weeks to ensure no issues upon delivery.
Come complete with new filter/s, water treatment start-up kit, new or slightly used cover.
Updated control systems
New or rebuilt pumps/motors
Ensure all jets and controls work as designed
On each unit we install new vital parts (motor shaft seals, heating elements, fuses, light bulbs, etc.)
Each unit comes with a complete parts & labor warranty

Come in and "wet test" any of the spas on display in our showroom. As a hot tub retailer Star Spa Services, Inc. wants our customers to know exactly what they are buying.

Delivery and Set-up
Star Spa Services, Inc. offers delivery and set-up of all spas purchased from us, some exclusions may apply. You only need to supply the electrical service and a garden hose and leave the rest up to us!
Many spa retailers simply bring your newly purchased spa to your location and drop-off at your driveway. Star Spa Services, Inc. places your unit, sets it up for you, and orients you to its use and maintenance with "spa school."
The majority of initial spa problems occur within the first 1/2 hour of startup. These problems occur primarily due to either incorrect wiring or loose connections caused by jarring in shipping. Therefore, we are committed to service after the sale and will not sell a unit that we do not install, allowing you to avoid the frustrations of set-up.
